摘要
经济体制的改革,使沿袭计划经济时期的高等教育发生了重大的变革。如令的高等教育也体现出了许多新特点,而这些新的特点,对高等教育的从业人员也提出了新的要求。
Reform of economic system made higher education that followed its old routine in
planned economy changed greatly. Therefore, many new features are embodied in higher education
today, which demands more of teachers working in higher educational circles.
