摘要 本文对主要的功能性影像技术进行了综述。核素断层成像主要有 :单光子发射式计算机断层成像 (SPECT)和正电子发射式计算机断层成像 (PET)。PET是利用F标记的脱氧葡葡糖 (F FAD)进行代谢显像 ,可用于细胞活性与功能等研究。磁共振波谱 (MRS)则是一种无创伤的研究人体生化代谢的有力工具 ;磁源成像 (MSI)通过研究细胞内外离子运动所形成的生物电流及其所产生的磁场 ,从而产生了用于检测心脏或脑的心磁图或脑磁图。阻抗成像 (EIT)和光学成像(OCT)则分别利用人体组织电阻率和以近红外或红外波段为成像源进行断层成像。 The major technologies of functional imaging were reviewed in this article. The technologies of radionuclide section imaging tomograph included single photon emission computed of tomograph (SPECT) and positron emission computed tomograph (PET).The matabiolized imaging was conducted by PET with FDG marked 18 F, which could be used in the study of cell activity and function, and the other researches. Magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) is a vigorous implement of studying human biochemical matabiolize without injury. Magnetic source imaging (MSI) could be used to study the ionic movement both sides of cells that formed current, which produced magneto cardiogram (MCG) and magneto encephalograph (MEG),and testing the function of the heart and brain respectively.Electrical impendance tomograph (EIT) and optical coherence tomograph (OCT) were performed to take tomograph with the testing the resistivity changes of human body and the tomograph sources of approximate infra red ray or infra red ray respectively.In addition, function imaging combined with anatomic imaging to be called 'integrated imaging'.
