摘要
采用低相对分子质量环氧树脂、双酚A与聚醚反应 ,合成了自乳化环氧树脂 ,再结合相反转技术 ,制备水性环氧乳液。讨论了聚醚相对分子质量及其用量 ,环氧树脂与聚醚和双酚A的加料比 。
A self-emulsified epoxy resin is prepared with low MW epoxy resin, Bisphenol A, and polyether, which is further used to prepare the title waterborne epoxy resin emulsion by phase conversion technology. The influence of the MW of polyether, ratio of epoxy resin, polyether and Bisphenot A, and charging approach on the particle size and stability of emulsion is discussed.
