摘要
为了深入探讨现代大学、大学管理和大学管理者的概念,文章首先回顾了国内外现代大学的形成和发展,指出现代大学的功能;然后在分析现代大学教育的文化精神和制度的基础上,说明了我国大学管理的基本格局;最后陈述了对于大学管理工作的几点意见。
This paper renders a profound discussion of the concepts of modern university, university management and university administrator. Firstly, the paper points out the function of modern universities by giving a review of the formation and the development of modern universities in the West and in China. Secondly, based on the analysis of the education, culture and the system of the modern universities, it puts forward the basic structure of management of Chinese universities. Finally, several opinions on the university management are stated in this paper.
