摘要
我国高等学校院(系)级领导体制经过几十年的发展,目前无明确规定。文章对高校院(系)级领导体制的现状进行了分析,指出确定院(系)党组织在院(系)领导体制中政治核心地位的重要性和必要性,并对完善院(系)级领导体制、实现党政权力的高度整合进行了探讨。
Despite its development of several decades, it＇s still unclear how to stipulate the formation of the leader- system of colleges or departments at institutions of higher learning. After analyzing the status quo of the leader - system, the article points out it is vital that politically the CPC organization should play a key role in the whole leading system of colleges or departments at universities. The paper also explores how to integrate the political and the administrative powers so that the leader- system can be improved.
