摘要
目的 :建立胞磷胆碱钠注射液中胞磷胆碱钠的含量测定方法。方法 :以高效液相色谱法测定胞磷胆钠注射液中胞磷胆碱钠的含量 ,使用 Spherisorb C18柱 ,以水 (含三乙胺 0 .1% ,磷酸调 p H4.0 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 70 nm。结果 :该方法线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 10 0 % ,RSD为 1% (n=5)。结论 :该方法精密度高 ,分离度、重现性良好 ,结果准确、可靠 。
Objective: To develop the method for determination of the citicoline sodium in Citicoline Sodium Injection. Methods: The citicoline sodium were determined by HPLC wit h Spherisorb C 18 column as stationary phase and water (triethylamine 0.1%, adjusted to pH4.0 with phosphoric acid) as mobile phase and λ=270 nm as detect ion wavelength. Results: The calibration curve was linear in this experim ent. The average recovery was 100% with RSD of 1% (n=5). Conclusion: This method is high in precision and satisfact ory in isolation and repeatability, the result is accurate. It may be adopted fo r quality control of Citicoline Sodium Injection.
