摘要
建立了一种测定胞磷胆碱钠片有关物质及含量的高效液相色谱法。以Grace SmartRP C18（4.6 mm×250 mm 5μm）为色谱柱;以磷酸二氢钠溶液（取磷酸二氢钠3.12 g,加水1 000 mL溶解,加入三乙胺5 mL,用磷酸调pH值至5.0）为流动相;流速1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长为271 nm,进样量20μL。检测结果表明,胞磷胆碱钠在0.403~4.03μg范围内与峰面积成良好的线性关系,线性方程为A=549 471C＋6 613.3,r=0.999 96,平均回收率为100.2%,RSD为0.98%。本方法简便、准确,适用于胞磷胆碱钠片有关物质以及含量的测定。
An HPLC method is established for determining the related substances and their content in Citicoline Sodium tablets.Taking Grace Smart RP C18 5 μm 250 mm×4.6 mm） as chromatographic column,sodium dihydrogen phosphate dissolution（sodium dihydrogen phosphate 3.12 g are added into 1000ml water for dissolution,then 5 mL proethylamine are added to adjust pH value of phosphoric acid to 5.0）as mobile phase： the flowing rate is 1.0 mL· min-1,detection wavelength is 271 nm and injection quantity is 20 μL,we get the following reults： within the range of 0.403～4.03 μg,Citicoline Sodium has a linear relationship with the peak area and the formula is A=549 471C＋6 613.3,r=0.999 96.The average recovery rate is 100.2% and RSD is 0.98%.We come to a conclusion that the method is simple and reliable,and suitable for the determination of the related substances in Citicoline Sodium tablets
