摘要
采用苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯等为单体,吸取微乳液聚合和无皂乳液聚合的一些特点,以非预乳化的半连续加料方式加料,合成出苯丙共聚物乳液。研究了PH调节剂、后续单体滴加时间以及保温反应时间等工艺条件对乳液及乳胶膜性能的影响。结果表明,所制得的乳液的单体转化率、乳液固含量和凝胶率分别为95.31%、42.66%和0.41%;乳胶膜的光泽度达到94.8%,吸水率为19.2%,乳胶膜的硬度、柔韧性和附着力俱佳。
A new styrene-acrylate copolymer emulsion for water-borne coating was prepared with the mathod of semi-continuous adding monomers of non-emulsification in advance.Some characterizations of microemulsion polymerization and soap-free emulsion polymerization were adopted.Styrene,methyl methacrylate and n-butyl acrylate were used as monomers.The effects of pH conditioning agent,feed time and reaction time on emulsion and film's properties were discussed. The conversion rate of monomers,content of solid phase and gel rate were 95.31%,42.66% and 0.41% respectively. The gloss of film and content of water sorption were 94.8% and 19.2%. The film's hardness,flexibility and collage power were all good.
