Preparation of Styrene-acrylic Emulsion and Latex Paint

摘要 以水作溶剂,苯乙烯,丙稀酸酯,丙稀酸,聚乙烯醇等共聚合成乳液,探索了聚合乳液的物料组成及反应温度、反应时间、加料时间及引发剂的用量对共聚乳液性能的影响,并在此基础上进一步制备了乳胶内墙涂料,确定了颜基比及各种填料的较好用量.测试并报道了乳液及内墙涂料的性能试验结果,最后给出了乳液和内墙涂料较佳的合成工艺. The styrene-acrylic emulsion was synthesized by co-polymerization of styrene, acrylates, acrylic acid and polyvinyl alcohol with using of water as solvent. The inference of material composition of polymerization emusion, the temperature of reaction, the time of reaction, the time of feeding in raw material, the amount of initiator used on the properties of the emulsion were studied. The latex paint were also prepared with the styrene-acrylic emulsion. Ascertaining the amount of pigment, packing and other raw materials used were optimized. The behavior of the styrene-acrylic emulsion and latex paint were tested and reported. The optimum preparation procession of the styrene-acrylic emulsion and latex paint is discussed.
