摘要
随着教育的国际化、经济的全球化、科学技术发展的高速化,学生的科学创新与技术发明能力的培养问题又引起教育界的重视,也日渐成为衡量教育质量高低的重要因素。笔者从分析中国高等教育中存在的弊端入手,提出了从更新人才培养观念、倡导科学研究、营造人才成长环境等方面来加强大学生的创新能力培养。
One of the most important factors of quality education is student s ability in scientific innovation and technical invention. Based on an analysis of weaknesses of Chinese traditional higher education system, the paper concludes that students .training in creative talents can be carried out from such aspects as renewing ideas of personnel training, organizing activities of academic innovation, and establishing environments of personnel development.
