摘要
本文的目的是通过对金融体系的微观传导机制的阐述,指出在不完全金融市场条件下,金融体系的建设不应该追求“完美”,而应该重视“合理”。全文主要阐明了如下的问题:金融体系的主要功能是什么,而且,如何束发挥这些作用,才能克服金融脆弱性对实体经济的负面影响,达到像费雪(1930)描述的那样,使企业为社会创造出最大的价值,使消费者从中获得最大的享受这样的理想状态。
Through expounding the transmission mechanism in financial system, the paper aims to point out that the construction of financial system should pay attention to 'rationality' instead of pursuing 'perfection' in an incomplete financial market. The paper mainly expounds the following issues: What is the main function of financial system? How to develop these functions so as to overcome the negative effect of financial fragility on the entity to reach an ideal state just as what Fischer(1930) described, in which an enterprise can create the largest value for the society, while the customer can enjoy the most.
