摘要
日本主银行制度曾因推动了日本经济奇迹的诞生而大受推崇,后又因成为日本经济迟迟不能复苏的制度性障碍而备受诟病。从新制度经济学的视角出发,根据青木昌彦关于制度博弈均衡的观点,得出:主银行制度对经济环境变化的适应是非效率的。然后用制度变迁理论中的路径依赖原理对这种非效率进行深层次解释,认为只有引入公平的竞争才能实现主银行制度的变迁。
The Japanese banking main impetus system has been greatly admired due to the Japanese economic miracle, and later criticized because the Japanese economy delayed and failed to recover owing to institutional barriers. From the perspective of new institutional economics, according to the viewpoint of Masahiko Aoki about balanced institutional gaming, conclusion is made that adaptation of the main impetus banking system to the changing economic environment is in -efficient. Then a deep -rooted explanation is made by using the theory of institutional change with the principle of path - dependent for such a case of in - efficiency, holding that only the introduction of fair competition can shift of banking main impetus system be achieved.
