摘要
介绍了国外石油化工行业的发展趋势和几家跨国石油公司主营业务发展的方向,以及在保持公司核心竞争力上所采取的战略。通过对跨国公司在发展定位、组织结构、生产与经营管理、面临的环保挑战等方面的分析,提出我国石油化工企业参与国际竞争应改进的几个方面。
Development trend of overseas petrochemical industry is introduced.M ain business development and adopted strategy in maintaining competitive of seve ral transnational oil corporations are expounded.Based on the analyses of develo pment positioning,organization structure,production & sales management and env ironmental fiels of the transnational corporations,several aspects of our petroc hemical enterprises to be improved are put forward in order to participate inter national competition.
