摘要
电子政务是政府管理信息化、自动化的重要组成部分,它对于实现政务工作的高效、公开、准确具有重要的现实意义。通过对我国电子政务的现状分析,阐述了我国电子政务发展、建设过程中存在的一些影响、制约因素,并认为:政府应充分认识发展电子政务的重要性,采取以应用为导向开发出高水平网络产品,并注重网上内容动态性,加快基础设施建设,为电子政务发展提供可靠保障,加强政府统一规划与领导,避免"信息孤岛"的产生等切实可行的措施,保证电子政务的真正实现。
As an integral part of the informationization and automatization of governmental administration, egovernment is important to the efficiency, openess and accuracy of the governmental affairs. Analyzing the status quo, some influencing and restrictive factors of the development and construction of egovernment in China are indicated here. To implement the egovernment,the following measures shall be taken. A government must be aware of the necessity of the development of egovernment and develop timely highlevel net products including applicationoriented and uptodate home pages, and expedite the construction of infrastructure so as to provide basic conditions for egovernment development. In addition, a government should strengthen the overall planning and control to avoid forming an 'isolated information island'.
