摘要
电子政务系统需要社会上极为众多点的信息支持及这些点上各有特色的信息分布,这些信息来自于各自的MIS系统,如何高效实时地获得这些信息,建立中心与地方动态、有机的联系,是热点问题。本文介绍一种电子政务系统中异构数据整合方法,规定消息应答机制,定义有关消息、回应的数据结构与数据内容,提出一种对数据结构自动测试、建模及自动适应技术,是一种对等网络中基于信息熵的分布、获取、传送、协同和使用的方法。
Building e-government needs information from mass distributed agent points. The information comes from different MIS systems which are heterogeneous. It is a hot topic how to receive information efficienfly real-time and communicate between centre and agents dynamically. An integration method of heterogeneous data in e-government is introduced which stipulates a message answer mechanism. Data structure and content of message/answer are defined. The method is a self-adaptive technology which can test and modeling data structure automatically and based on distribution, obtain, transform, coordination and usage of entropy of information in P2P network.
