摘要
中小企业在现代社会生活和国民经济的发展中都具有十分重要的作用。中小企业的活力不仅关系到整个经济竞争的活力,而且关系到整个社会的繁荣和稳定。然而,目前我国中小企业的生存环境及自身存在的问题却严重阻碍了其健康发展。借鉴西方发达国家的先进经验,改善中小企业的外部环境,采取有针对性的措施克服中小企业自身存在的弱点和不足,适应我国不断成熟的市场经济体制及经济全球化的要求,是我们应该尽快解决的一个现实问题。
Middle and small enterprises play an important role in modern social activities and national economy. Their vitality affects competition of the whole economy and affects the prosperity and stability of the entire society as well. However their healthy development is hindered severely by the surroundings and their self-problems at present in China. In order to adapt to the gradually mature market economy,we must introduce advanced experience from developed counties, improve the exterior environment, and take effective countermeasures to conquer the weakness and defect of the middle and small enterprises.
