摘要
本文试图通过对中小企业的资本运营的基本类型进行深入的分析研究,提出企业要想取得资本运营的成功,实现中小企业的可持续发展,建立科学的资本运营战略与选择合适的资本运营模式是关键。
This paper attempts to make in-depth analysis and study of the basic types of capital operation of small and medium-sized enterprise, proposes that if the enterprise wants to achieve the success of capital operation and realize the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises,to establish a scientific capital operation strategy and choose appropriate capital operation mode is the key.
