摘要
讲好中国故事,传播好中国声音,提高中国文化影响力,是当前推进共建"一带一路"向高质量发展转变的重要软力量。当前,"一带一路"倡议下中国文化网络传播还存在传播主体单一、传播思路"以我为主"、传播媒体缺乏深度融合创新、传播过程缺乏互动等问题。讲好"一带一路"上的中国故事,需要加快构建中国文化网络传播动力驱动机制、话语转化机制、载体平台协同创新机制、效果评价机制和舆论引导机制。
Well telling the story and spreading the voice of China, and enhancing the influence of Chinese culture, are the important soft force to promote the transformation of 'One Belt and One Road' to the high quality development currently. At present, there still exist some problems in Chinese cultural network dissemination such as the single spreading actor, the self-priority idea, and the lack of deep integration and innovation in communications media, and the deficiency of the interaction in communication process under the initiative of 'One Belt and One Road'. Therefore, it is necessary to speed up the construction of the Chinese culture network communication drive mechanism, discourse transformation mechanism, carrier platform collaborative innovation mechanism, effect evaluation mechanism and public opinion guidance mechanism to tell the Chinese story well in 'One Belt and One Road'.
