摘要
随着深化医药卫生体制改革,造福人民群众健康,医院履行社会责任,通过区域化党建联建,卫生资源共享,搭建平台,创新基层服务型党组织工作机制,根据社区群众需求,丰富服务内容,拓展服务功能,将卫生资源传送下去,采取多种途径服务群众,使群众满意,同时提升公共卫生服务水平,创新医院基层党组织参与区域化党建的工作运行机制和效果评价机制。本文阐述多种途径利用医疗资源服务群众,提高服务效率的创新路径和方法。
