摘要
随着我国社会主义法制化进程的不断加快,切实保障依法行政,依法治校,尽快建立并完善学校法制建设至关重要。然而,由于大学教育体制的特殊性,特别是专业性极强的体育类院校,要建立健全学校的法制体系并非一件容易的事。笔者就体育院校如何结合自身实际情况加强法制建设浅谈几点构思,以促进体育院校的健康发展。
With the accelerating process of our socialist legal system, it is of great significance to ensure the administration by law, managing the university by law, implementing legal system construction and perfect university legal system as soon as possible. However, due to the particularity of university education system, especially the highly professional sports colleges and universities, to establish and improve the school's legal system is not an easy thing. In this paper, the author talks about several ideas for sports colleges and universities to strengthen legal system construction combining their own actual situation, therefore promoting the healthy development of sports colleges and universities.
