RV减速器的摆线针轮传动齿面接触分析 被引量:3

摘要 基于摆线针轮接触理论,进行了RV减速器摆线轮的齿面接触应力计算。运用有限元方法提取了参与承载的摆线轮齿的齿面接触应力,并与理论计算结果进行对比,验证了模型的有效性。研究了等距误差、移距误差、针齿半径误差和针齿中心径向误差对齿面接触应力的影响规律。计算结果表明,针齿半径误差对齿面接触应力的影响最大;且针齿半径误差增大,齿面接触应力减小。 On the basis of the contact theory of cycloid gear and pinwheel,the theoretical calculation of the contact stress of the tooth surface of the cycloid gear is carried out. Using the finite element method,the contact stress of the tooth surface of the cycloid gear are extracted and verified by the theoretical calculation results. Moreover,the influence of the equidistance error and offset error on the contact stress is studied. The results show that the radius error of the needle tooth has the greatest impacton the contact stress of the tooth surface. The greater the error,the smaller contact stress.
