摘要
针对目前RV减速机摆线针轮修形难以同时保证精度与承载能力的现状,提出了一种组合修形的修形方式,此种组合修形基于等距、移距和齿厚修形。其易于实现,且在高精度拟合转角修形的摆线轮齿廓的同时,保证高的传动精度和承载能力。通过理论分析法以及实验研究对比法对PFT255RV减速机进行研究。结果表明该的修形组合不仅在拟合转角精度上优势明显,承载能力也得到保证。通过装配过程、实际运转以及变形分析印证了组合修形的优势。
In view of the current situation that the RV reducer is difficult to ensure the precision and the carrying capacity at the same time, this paper proposes a new method of repairing the shape of the combination, which is based on the distance, shift and tooth thickness modification. It is easy to be realized, and match the angle profile of the gear tooth profile with high precision, which ensures the high transmission precision and load carrying capacity at the same time. The PFT255RV reducer is studied through the theoretical analysis and experimental comparison research. The results show that the modification in this paper not only has obvious advantage in fitting angle precision, but also can guarantee the carrying capacity. Tthe advantage of the combination of the shape is confirmed through the assembly process, the actual operation and deformation analysis.
