激光熔敷后钒与钴基自熔性合金层组织及硬度的关系

摘要 通过光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和硬度测试等手段,研究了激光熔敷条件下铬钼钢表面熔敷层组织及硬度与钒含量的关系。研究表明:激光熔敷层不同位置的显微组织不相同,表层附近区域为均匀的等轴晶组织,心部为树枝状组织,而结合区域附近呈现出带状组织。加入少量钒元素后,激光熔敷层组织的组成相主要是共晶和碳化物。随着钒含量增加,熔敷层晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,熔敷层维氏硬度值逐渐提高。 The relationship between microstructure and hardness of laser cladding Co-V-based alloy layers were invesgated by optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy and hardness test.The results show that the microstructure of laser cladding layers in different locations are not the same,the region near the surface show uniform equiaxed grains,the dendritic structure appears inner region,and a banded structure is observed in the vicinity of the bond zone.After adding a small amount of vanadium,the microstructure of the laser cladding layer is mainly composed of eutectic and carbide.And with the increase of the content of vanadium,the grain size of the caldding layer gradually decreases and the hardness gradually increases.
