摘要
某弹簧制造有限公司采用60Si2Mn生产的扭簧,在生产过程中有大量样品发生断裂,且成品在使用过程中也有断裂现象,对这些断裂样品进行硬度、金相、扫描电镜及能谱等方面分析。结果表明,在加工过程中样品的断裂主要由树枝状组织及表面产生的显微裂纹所致;使用过程中样品的断裂主要是由于受到树枝状组织及孔洞的影响。
The torsion springs were produced by a spring manufacturing company using 60Si2Mn.And fractures happen in the process of production and utilization.The hardness of the samples were analyzed by SEM and EDS.The results show that the fractures originate from dendritic microstructure and microcracks on the surface of samples in production,while from dendritic microstructure and holes in utilization.
