摘要
各国正在研制和发展的大口径火炮系统都非常重视射速,把爆发射速和持续射速作为火炮的重要战术指标。而提高大口径火炮射速的关键就在于提高弹药的装填速度,先进的弹药自动装填系统已成为现代大口径自行火炮的重要标志。所研究的装填机械手控制系统是火炮弹药自动装填系统的一个子系统,主要探讨了基于PLC的装填机械手控制系统设计及测试过程。通过采用合理的控制方法,硬件结构,工作流程,结合新型传感器检测技术,伺服传动技术等相关技术,来设计出满足动作时间和定位精度要求的装填机械手控制系统,并对系统进行动作性能测试。通过分析结果可知,装填机械手控制系统满足设计指标要求。所做的工作和研究,对提高自行火炮射速和稳定性具有参考价值。
All the countries attach great importance to research and development of the large caliber artillery with the firing rate,the outbreak rate and continuous firing rate. Besides,the ammunition packing speed,advanced automation ammunition loading system become its important index. The loading manipulator control system researched on,in this paper is a subsystem of the artillery ammunition automatic loading system. This paper mainly discusses the design and testing process of the loading manipulator control system based on PLC,and designs a loading manipulator control system enabled to satisfy the requirements of action time and positioning accuracy. In this system,the reasonable control method,hardware structure and working process are used with the novel sensor detection technology and servo drive technology. Then,this paper verifies the comprehensive performance,by analyzing the results,it shows that the loading manipulator control system indexes meet the design requirements. The research is of reference value to improving the firing rate and stability.
