摘要
定宽机是热轧带钢生产线的重要设备,其作用是增大热轧工序板坯减宽量,从而采用相同宽度的板坯可以生产不同宽度的产品,提高连铸工序生产效率。在定宽过程中,板坯会产生镰刀弯、头部翘曲、头尾失宽、起拱等质量缺陷,影响后续轧制过程的稳定性。通过采用DEFORM-3D平台进行有限元模型仿真计算,确定了保持板形质量良好条件下的最大减宽量,研究了定宽工艺对头尾失宽量和定宽机设备参数对板坯锻后形状的影响规律。将研究结果应用于生产,避免了减宽过程中板坯缺陷的产生。
A slab sizing press is an important equipment for hot rolled strip production line,whoes function is to increase the width reduction of slab in hot rolling process,so that using the same width of slab can produce different width products and improve the production efficiency of continuous casting process.In the width reducing process,quality defects of slab,such as camber,head warping,head and tail width loss and arch lifting will be occured,which will affect the stability of subsequent rolling process.Therefore,the finite element method was applied by using DEFORM-3 D platform to determine the maximum width reduction under the condition of good shape and quality of slab,and the influence law of the width loss of the head and tail and the equipment parameters of the slab sizing press on the shape of slab after forging were studied.Based on it,the slab defects were avoided during slab size pressing.
