摘要
现代学徒制是工程造价专业新兴的人才培养模式,符合企业对造价人才的需求。文章鉴于学校热、企业冷、学徒冷的现状,分析其内在的制约因素。因此,文章提出工程造价专业实施现代学徒制路径:政府政策支持、行业协会监督、企业积极参与、学徒的观念转变、高职院校开展相应的双主体人才模式及双导师专兼职队伍建设。
The modern apprenticeship system is an emerging talent cultivation model for engineering cost,which is in line with the requirement of enterprises for the cost talents.This paper analyzes the constraints of the cold apprenticeship in the hot enterprise of the school.Therefore,this article puts forward the project cost professional for implementing modern apprenticeship:government policy support,industry association supervision,enterprises to actively participate in apprentice,conceptual change,Higher vocational colleges to carry out the corresponding double subject talent mode and double mentor mtcsol team construction.
