摘要
采用ANSYS有限元软件对螺杆分配机头内的流场进行了模拟和分析,并主要分析了导程变化对螺杆分配机头内流场的影响,进而发现导程的变化对螺杆分配机头内的压力场、速度场的分布有着很大的影响。
Adopted ANSYS finite element soft ware to carry out the simulation and analysis of the flowfield inside the screw distribution head, and mainly analyzed the influence of the change in helical pitchon the flow field inside the screw distribution head. Therefore found out the great inference of thechange of the helical pitch to be against the pressure filed、velocity field inside the screw distributionhead.
