摘要
应用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对物料在偏心弯管机头内部流道中的流动情况进行了分析。建立了有限元模型 ,并根据加工的实际情况选取物料 ,施加边界条件和载荷。分析结果表明 ,挤出橡胶弯管的曲率半径主要取决于物料在偏心机头流道最大间隙和最小间隙Z方向的速度差 ,X ,Y方向的速度与Z方向的速度相比可以忽略不计。由计算结果可知 ,当偏心机头的偏心距超过 2mm时 ,挤出弯管就会发生破裂 ,说明偏心机头生产弯管只适用于偏心距较小的情况。
