摘要
以经酯化、酯交换、冷冻结晶分离甾醇后的大豆油脱臭馏出物滤液为原料,采用高真空蒸馏耦合分子蒸馏两步法提取VET50产品(天然VE含量50%以上)。两步法中,通过第1步高真空蒸馏脱除原料液中脂肪酸甲酯,再通过第2步分子蒸馏提取VET50产品。实验考察了两步操作参数对VE含量的影响,并对操作参数进行了优化。结果表明:原料液中脂肪酸甲酯的存在直接影响后续分子蒸馏产品VE的含量,高真空蒸馏塔釜温度控制在230℃较适宜,VE收率97.0%;对第1步高真空蒸馏脱除脂肪酸甲酯的釜液进行两级分子蒸馏,蒸馏提取的VET50产品VE含量为51.0%;通过高真空蒸馏耦合分子蒸馏两步法提取VET50产品,VE总收率约为96.8%。
With the filtrate of soybean oil distillate deodorizer as raw material,which was separated from sterol by esterification,transesterification and freezing crystallization,vitamin E T50(the content of natural vitamin E above 50%) was extracted by a two-step process of high vacuum distillation combined with molecular distillation.In the first step,fatty acid methyl esters were removed from the liquid raw material by high vacuum distillation,in the second step,vitamin E T50 was extracted by molecular distillation.The effects of operation parameters of the two steps on vitamin E content were investigated,and the operation parameters were optimized.The results showed that the presence of fatty acid methyl ester in the liquid raw material had direct influence on vitamin E content in the molecular distillated product.The optimal temperature of high vacuum distillation reactor was 230 ℃,and vitamin E yield was 97.0%.The reactor liquid removal of fatty acid methyl ester in the first step of high vacuum distillation was distillated by a two-stage molecular distillation,and the vitamin E content in vitamin E T50 was 51.0%.The vitamin E T50 was extracted by a two-step process of high vacuum distillation combined with molecular distillation,and the total vitamin E yield was about 96.8%.
