摘要
目的 :探讨本院生殖医学中心超说明书用药管理调查与合理性分析。方法 :随机选取我院生殖医学中心2014年3月—2017年3月的门诊处方共2 500张作为研究对象,依据药品说明书和相关文献的内容,对照说明书用药管理进行调查与合理性分析。结果 :2 500张门诊处方中超说明书用药记录644条;超说明书用药中占据较大比例的为超适应症;药物主要为阿司匹林肠溶片(42.0%)、地屈孕酮片(27.0%)、左卡尼汀口服溶液(16.0%);我院生殖医学中心超说明书用药发生率最高为主治医师,最小为主任医师;男性患者的超说明书用药发生率为49.40%,女性为29.52%。结论 :超说明书用药的使用严格遵循了循证医学的相关规范,但是也存在不合理用药的情况,我院生殖医学中心超说明书用药应用较为普遍,医院领导应重视相关情况,严格制定相关制度加以修正,降低患者所承担的风险,增强医院的整体医疗水平。
Objective:To explore the investigation and rationality analysis of off-label drug use management in the Reproductive Medicine Center of our hospital.Methods:2,500 outpatient prescriptions in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were randomly selected as subjects investigated.According to the contents of drug instructions and related literature,the investigation and rationality analysis of the drug use management were conducted according to the instructions.Results:There were 644 records of off-label drug use in 2,500 outpatient prescriptions.The drug use beyond indications accounted for a large proportion in off-label drug use.The main drugs were aspirin enteric-coated tablets(42.0%),dydrogesterone tablets(27.0%)and L-carnitine oral solution(16.0%).The incidence of off-label drug use in the Reproductive Medicine Center of our hospital was the highest in attending physicians,and lowest in chief physicians.The incidence of off-label drug use occurred in male patients was 49.40%,while that in female patients was 29.52%.Conclusion:The use of off-label drug use strictly follows the relevant norms of evidence-based medicine,but there is still irrational drug use.The use of off-label drug use in the Reproductive Medicine Center of our hospital is very common.Hospital leaders should pay attention to relevant conditions and strictly formulate relevant systems to amend it to reduce the risks borne by patients and enhance the overall medical level of the hospital.
