摘要
目的 :探讨乳果糖口服液联合四磨汤口服液治疗小儿功能性便秘的效果及不良反应。方法 :选取2015年1月-2017年1月在我院接受治疗的功能性便秘患儿100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用乳果糖口服液(0.667 g/m L,2.5~5 m L,qd)治疗,观察组采用四磨汤口服液(3~5 m L,tid)联合乳果糖口服液(0.667 g/m L,2.5~5 m L,qd)治疗,比较两组治疗一个月后的临床效果、复发率与不良反应率。结果 :观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组均无明显的不良反应。结论 :乳果糖口服液联合四磨汤口服液治疗小儿功能性便秘疗效优于单独应用乳果糖口服液,避免复发,且安全性高,值得临床推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect and adverse reactions of lactulose oral liquid combined with simotang oral liquid on functional constipation in children. Methods:100 children with functional constipation were selected from January 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital, and the patients were divided into control group(50 cases) and observation group(50 cases) according to the random number table. The control group was treated with lactulose oral liquid(0.667 g/m L, 2.5~5 m L, qd), and the observation group was treated with simotang oral liquid(35 m L, tid) combined with lactulose oral liquid(0.667 g/m L, 2.5~5 m L, qd). The clinical efficacy, recurrence rate and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion:The lactulose oral liquid combined with simotang oral solution in the treatment of pediatric functional constipation is better than single lactulose oral liquid, and it could avoid the recurrence of children. It is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
