胸腔镜下肺叶切除术联合氨溴索治疗肺癌对其血清中IL-6水平及外周血淋巴细胞免疫活性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨胸腔镜下肺叶切除术联合氨溴索治疗肺癌的临床效果及对血清中白细胞介素(IL)-6水平和外周血淋巴细胞免疫活性的影响。方法 :选择2013年6月-2016年6月我院收治的60例肺癌患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组;两组均行胸腔镜下肺叶切除术治疗,术后对照组采用常规方案干预,观察组在对照组的基础上采用氨溴索(1 000 mg,qd)进行干预。结果:与术前比较,两组术后4周患者血清中IL-6水平均显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组血清中IL-6水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);术后4周,观察组外周血中CD3^+细胞、NK细胞、CD3^+CD4^+细胞及CD4/CD8均明显高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :采用胸腔镜下肺叶切除术联合氨溴索对肺癌进行干预后,可有效改善患者术后IL-6水平及外周血淋巴细胞免疫活性。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of thoracoscopic lobectomy combined with ambroxol on the serum IL-6 and the activity of peripheral blood lymphocyte in patients with lung cancer. Methods:60 cases of lung cancer patients in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 were selected as the research object, and the patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method. The thoracoscopic lobectomy was conducted in two groups. After operation,the control group was treated with routine intervention, and the observation group was treated with ambroxol on the basis of the control group. Results:Compared with that before operation, serum IL-6 were significantly increased of two groups at 4 weeks after operation,(P<0.05), and the level of serum IL-6 of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After 4 weeks after operation, the CD3^+ cells, NK cells, CD3^+CD4^+ cells and CD4/CD8 of the observation group were significantly higher than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions:The thoracoscopic lobectomy combined with ambroxol in the treatment of lung cancer can effectively improve the level of IL-6 and the activity of peripheral blood lymphocyte.
