摘要
目的探讨西吡氯铵含漱液对牙周炎患者血清及唾液中IL-6及SOD水平的影响。方法选取确诊为牙周炎的患者68例,随机分成对照组和试验组,每组34例。试验组予西吡氯铵含漱液治疗,对照组予复方氯己定含漱液治疗,连续治疗4周。检测2组治疗前后患者血清和唾液中IL-6及SOD水平,观察牙周指数及临床疗效。结果与治疗前相比,2组治疗后血清和唾液中IL-6均降低,SOD升高较高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,试验组血清和唾液中IL-6较低,SOD较高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,实验组牙龈指数(gingival index,GI)、龈沟出血指数(sulcus bleeding index,SBI)、菌斑指数(phaque index for orthodontic,PLI)和口臭(ozostomia,OS)较低,临床疗效较高(P<0.05)。结论西吡氯铵含漱液能有效降低牙周炎患者血清和唾液中IL-6水平,升高SOD水平,抑制牙菌斑的形成,减少口臭,临床疗效较好。
Objective To explore the effect of cetylpyridinium chloride gargle on levels of IL-6 and SOD in serum and saliva of patients with periodontitis. Methods 68 patients with periodontitis were selected and divided randomly into control group and treatment group, 34 in eaeh group. Treatment group was treated with eetylpyridinium chloride gargle; control group was treated with compound chlorhexidine gargle. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks, levels of IL-6 and SOD in serum and saliva of patients pre- and post-treatment were detected, periodontal index and clinical efficacy were observed. Results Compared with pre-treatment, IL-6 in serum and saliva in both two groups decreased and SOD increased of（P 〈 0. 05 ） ; IL-6 in serum and saliva of the treatment group was eomparatively lower than that of control group, and SOD level was higher than that of eontrel group post- treatment（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; GI, SBI, PLI and OS of treatment group was lower than those of control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and clinical efiScacy was higher （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Cetylpyridinium chloride gargle can efficiently reduce IL-6 and increase SOD in serum and saliva of periodontitis patients, restrain the formation of dental plaque and alleviate ozostomia with good clinical efficacy.
