摘要
目的:为完善筋骨痛宁胶囊质量标准,增加该制刺中栀子苷的含量测定项,建立栀子苷含量测定的方法。方法:色谱柱为Waters-C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈:水(15:85),流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为238 nm。结果:栀子苷进样量在0.021 5~0.538 5μg与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 7,平均回收率为99.05%,相对标准偏差(RSD)=0.55%(n=9)。结论:建立的方法准确度、灵敏度及重复性均较好,可用于筋骨痛宁胶囊中栀子苷含量的测定。
Objective:To determine the gardenoside content in jingu tongning capsules,improve the quality standard of this Chinese patent medicine for pain in bones and muscles,and set up the gardenoside content determination method.Methods:The gardenoside content in Jingu Tongning capsules was determined by HPLC using Waters-C_(18) column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 urn),serving the mixture of acetonitrile and water(15:85) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,a column temperature of 30 ℃,and a detection wavelength of 238 nm.Results:Geniposide sample load at a range of 0.021 5 ~ 0.538 5 μg showed good linear relationship to the peak area(r=0.999 7).The average recovery rate was 99.05%,with a RSD of 0.55%(n = 9).Conclusion:To developed method has high accuracy,sensitivity and reproducibility,which may be used for the determination of geniposide content in jingu tongning capsules.
