摘要
目的：建立测定丹栀逍遥散中栀子苷含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Agilent TC—C18，流动相为乙腈-水（15：85，V／V），检测波长为238nm，流速为1．0ml／min，柱温为30℃，进样量为10μl。结果：栀子苷检测质量浓度在0.51～16．32gg／ml范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9995）；精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD≤2．30％；平均加样回收率为99．40％，RSD=1．99％（n=9）。结论：该方法简单、准确、重复性好，可用于丹栀逍遥散中栀子苷的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE： To establish the method for the content determination of geniposide in Danzhi xiaoyao powder. METHODS： HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Agilent TC-C8 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water （15： 85, V/C）at a flow rate of 1.0 mllmin. The detection wavelength was 238 nm and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃. The sample size was 10 Ill. RESULTS： The linear range of geniposide was 0.51-16.32 ug/ml （r=0.999 5）. RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 2.30%; average recovery was 99.40% （RSD=1.99%, n=9）. CONCLUSIONS： The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for content determination of jasminoidin in Danzhi xiaoyao powder.
