摘要
目的了解深圳地区妊娠期糖尿病病(gestational diabetesmellitus,GDM)孕妇血中25-羟维生素D3[25-hydroxyvitaminD3,25-(OH)VitD3]缺乏现状,并探讨其影响因素,为GDM孕妇是否需要补充维生素D提供理论依据。方法收集2016年2月~2018年11月来医院产前检查并确诊为GDM孕妇185例为GDM组,选择同期来院产检的正常孕妇421例为对照组,分别采用c8000全自动化学发光免疫分析系统检测血清中25-(OH)VitD3的含量,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果 GDM组孕妇25-(OH)-vitD3缺乏率为55.68%(103/185),明显高于对照组孕妇的34.68%(146/421),差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.9105,P<0.05);GDM组孕妇血清中25-(OH)-vitD3水平为39.28±9.06nmol/L,明显低于对照组的58.24±16.52nmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=2.9250,P<0.05);GDM组不同孕期血清中25-(OH)-vitD3水平均明显低于对照组孕妇,差异有统计学意义(t=2.5069~3.8403,P<0.05),且各组中晚期孕妇血清中25-(OH)-vitD3水平高于孕早期,差异有统计学意义(t=2.0541~2.3085)。结论深圳地区GDM孕妇血清中25-羟维生素D3缺乏现象比较严重,且GDM孕妇血清中25-羟维生素D3水平明显低于正常妊娠孕妇。因此,加强GDM孕妇血清中25-羟维生素D3水平监测,对GDM孕妇能及时、准确、足量补充维生素D提供科学依据。
Objective:To investigate the deficiency of 25-hydroxyvitamind3[25-hydroxyvitamind3,25-(OH)VitD3]in pregnant women with gestational diabetesmellitus(GDM)in shenzhen area,and to explore its influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for pregnant women with GDM to supplement vitaminD.Methods:185 cases of pregnant women with GDM who came to the hospital for prenatal examination from February 2016 to November 2018 were collected as the GDM group,and 421 cases of normal pregnant women who came to the hospital for prenatal examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The content of 25-(OH)VitD3 in serum was detected by c8000 automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay system,and the test results were statistically analyzed.Results:The deficiency rate of 25-(OH)-vitD3 in GDM group was 55.68%(103/185),significantly higher than 34.68%(146/421)in control group,with statistically significant difference(χ2=3.9105,P<0.05).The serum level of 25-(OH)-vitd3 in the GDM group was 39.28±9.06 nmol/L,significantly lower than 58.24±16.52 nmol/L in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.9250,P<0.05).The serum levels of 25-(OH)-vitd3 in GDM group during different pregnancy were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=2.5069~3.8403,P<0.05),and the serum levels of 25-(OH)-vitd3 of each group in late-stage pregnant womenin were higher than those in early pregnancy,with statistically significant differences(t=2.0541~2.3085).Conclusion:The deficiency of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 in serum of GDM pregnant women in shenzhen area is relatively serious,Moreover,the serum level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 in GDM pregnant women was significantly lower than that in normal pregnant women.Therefore,the monitoring of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 level in pregnant women with GDM should be strengthened to provide scientific basis for timely,accurate and adequate vitamin D supplementation in pregnant women with GDM.
