摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在诊断胎盘植入和胎盘粘连中价值及漏诊误诊原因,为提高诊断的准确率提供帮助。方法通过回顾性分析本组病例在2010-2017年间产科超声检查及产后妇科超声检查结果的26例。结果 6例为胎盘部分植入而漏诊,1例为胎盘植入误诊为胎盘早剥,12例胎盘粘连而漏诊,3例胎盘粘连误诊为胎盘植入,4例无胎盘植入误诊为胎盘植入。结论彩色多普勒超声在诊断胎盘粘连和胎盘植入时,要充分了解患者病史,掌握胎盘植入和胎盘粘连的影像学特征及鉴别要点,做到全面扫查宫腔及胎盘附着处,降低漏诊及误诊率。
Objective:Study of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of placenta accreta and placenta adhesion value and the causes of misdiagnosis,To help improve the accuracy of diagnosis.Methods:Method technique:Through retrospective analysis of 26 cases of obstetrical ultrasound and postpartum gynecologic ultrasound from 2010 to 2017.Results:Consequence as a result:6 cases of missed diagnosis of placental part of the implant,1 cases of misdiagnosis of placenta Abruption,12 cases of missed diagnosis of placenta accreta,3 cases of placenta adhesion misdiagnosed as placenta increta,4 cases were misdiagnosed as placenta increta placenta increta.Conclusion:Conclude Final Analysis Conclusion:Color Doppler Sonography in diagnosis of placenta accreta and placenta implantation,to fully understand the patient medical history,master of placenta accreta and placenta adhesion of imaging features and differential diagnosis,comprehensively scanning your uterus and placenta attached,reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
