摘要
目的探讨急诊留观患者护理中的健康教育与护理干预措施。方法选取赣州市立医院2012-06/2014-04的55例急诊留观患者作为研究对象,按照护理方法的不同将其分为实验组和对照组,实验组患者给予其优质护理干预及健康教育,对照组患者予以常规护理,观察两组患者满意率及医疗纠纷发生率。结果两组患者经不同的护理方法护理后,实验组满意率92.86%(26/28)明显高于对照组满意率62.96%(17/27),差异有统计学意义(χ2=26.10,P<0.01);患者医疗纠纷发生率实验组0.00%(0/28)明显低于对照组18.52%(5/27),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=20.89,P<0.01)。结论对急诊留观患者进行优质护理干预中,同时辅助患者健康教育有助于改善护患关系,提高患者满意度,减少医疗纠纷的发生。
Objective To discuss the health education and nursing interventions in the patients remined in emergency department under observation. Methods There were 55 patients remined in emergency department under observation were selected in Ganzhou Hospital during Jun.,2012 to Apr.,2014 and were divided into control group and intervention group. The intervention group was given high quality nursing and health education,while the control group was given normal nursing. The satisfaction rate and medical dispute incidence was compared between the two groups. Results After the implementation of the intervention and health education,the satisfaction rate of the intervention group was92. 86%( 26 /28),statistically higher than that of the control group 62. 96%( 17 /27)( χ2= 26. 10,P < 0. 01). The incidence of medical dispute in intervention group( 0. 00%) was statistically lower than that of control group( 18. 52%)( 5 /27),with statisticall difference( χ2= 20. 89,P < 0. 01). Conclusion High quality nursing combined with health education are helpful to elevate the satisfaction rate and to reduce the medical dispute.
