摘要
针对急诊室留观患者病种较多、病情复杂、留院时间较短等特点,护士应把握时机,科学地开展健康教育。本文介绍了急诊科留观患者进行健康教育的重要性,采用"因地制宜,因人而异,有的放矢的方法"从一般就诊知识、常见病基本知识、用药知识、心理支持等方面对急诊科留观患者进行健康教育,从而提高患者及家属的满意度,减少护理纠纷,促进患者早日康复。
Aiming at characteristics in the emergency room,like patients are more complex,illness,and staying time is short,the nurse should seize the opportunity,carrying out health education to science.This paper introduces the impor tance of health education to emergency patients,adopt the ＂adjust measures to local conditions,because of the person dif ferent,targeted method＂ from the general medical knowledge,basic knowledge,use common knowledge,psychological sup port and so on for the emergency patients staying healthy education,so as to improve the patient and family to degree of satisfaction,reduce care dispute,promote the patient recover soon.
