摘要
目的:建立简便的高效液相色谱测定饮料中人工合成色素的方法。方法用液-液分配法提取人工合成色素,经BDS HYPERSIL C18柱分离,甲醇、乙酸铵溶液梯度洗脱,紫外检测器λ=254 nm条件下测定。结果各人工合成色素在1.00~20.00 mg/L质量浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系(r>0.999 5),检出限0.04~0.38 mg/kg,回收率为94.2%~102.5%,精密度为0.5%~1.7%。结论该方法对仪器配置要求简单,灵敏度高、分离效果好,可以广泛应用于日常检测工作。
Objective To establish a simple and convenient method to determine the artificial colouring matter in beverage. Methods The artificial colouring matter was extracted with liquid- liquid distribution method and then separated by BDS HYPERSIL C18 column and conducted gradient elution with carbinol and ammonium acetate solution,and determined by ultraviolet detector under condition of λ = 254 nm. Results With a density of 1. 00- 20. 00 mg / L,the artificial colouring matters exhibited good linearity( r > 0. 999 5),with a detection limit of 0. 04- 0. 38 mg / kg. The recovery rate was 94. 2%- 102. 5% and the accuracy was 0. 5%- 1. 7%. Conclusion This method requires simple location of apparatus and is characterized by high sensitivity and good separation effect,and therefore could applied in wide daily detections.
