摘要
目的汇总分析北京市16个区县近百家社区卫生服务中心的药物处方,总结出各社区处方的基本情况。方法集中抽取北京市16各区县95家社区卫生服务中心2016年和2017年同期全门诊不含草药处方,其中2016年处方总数242 247张,2017年处方290 211张,比较分析两年处方的基本情况。结果北京市共有16个区县,中心城区共6个,对于医保的覆盖率最高的为东城,最低的为延庆区;中心城区医师的处方数相对较远郊区县高;北京市社区卫生服务中心高血压处方居于首位,其次为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、糖尿病、高脂血症;对于西药的使用,远郊区县略高于中心城区,远郊区县房山西药的使用率最高。结论北京市远郊区县医保的覆盖率应进一步提高,中心城区医师的工作量相对较多,更应注意处方的书写质量。对于药物的使用,'三高'患者相对较多,应加强慢性疾病的管理。
Objective To summarize and analyze the prescriptions of nearly 100 community health service centers in 16 districts and counties in Beijing,and to summarize the basic situations of prescriptions in various communities.Methods Prescriptions from 95 community health service centers in 16 districts and counties in Beijing were selected,which were used in the outpatients during the same period in 2016 and 2017 and did not contain herbals.The total number of the prescriptions in 2016 was 242 247,and the number of the prescriptions in 2017 was 290 211.The basic situations of the 2-year prescriptions were compared and analyzed.Results There were 16 districts and counties in Beijing,and 6 districts and counties in the central district.The coverage rate of medical insurance was the highest in Dongcheng and the lowest in Yanqing;the number of the prescriptions of doctors in the central district was relatively higher than that in the remote suburban counties;the prescriptions of hypertension in the Beijing community health service centers ranked first,followed by those of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,diabetes and hyperlipidemia.For the use of western medicines,the use rate in the remote suburban counties was slightly higher than that in the central urban areas,and the use rate of western medicines in the remote suburban county of Fangshan was the highest.Conclusion The coverage rate of medical insurance in the remote suburban counties of Beijing should be further improved.The workload of doctors in the central urban areas is relatively heavier,and more attention should be paid to the quality of prescription writing.For the use of drugs,'three high'patients are relatively more,so that we should strengthen the management of chronic diseases.
