摘要
目的探究中成药临床应用中存在的问题,为推动中药临床药学工作开展提供参考。方法对该院2017年1—12月开具的2 400张中成药处方进行审核,用以分析临床应用中成药时存在的问题并分析存在问题的主要原因。结果经审核的2 400张处方中有305张存在不合理用药的现象,占抽样处方总量的12.71%。其中适应证不适宜张39占1.63%、用法用量不适宜163张占6.79%、配伍联合用药不适宜79张占3.29%、超禁忌用药处方17张占0.71%,超常用药处方7张占0.29%。结论对中成药在临床应用中存在的问题的深入分析,不仅为临床合理用药提供了参考,而且能够减少患者因应用中药而引起不良反应,从而推动中药临床药学工作的开展。
Objective To explore the problems existing in the clinical application of proprietary Chinese medicines, and to provide reference for promoting the clinical pharmacy work of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods The prescriptions of 2400 Chinese patent medicines issued by our hospital from January to December 2017 were reviewed to analyze the problems existing in the clinical application of proprietary Chinese medicines and to analyze the main causes of problems. Results Of the 2,400 prescriptions reviewed, 305 were unreasonable, accounting for 12.71% of the total sampled prescription. Among them, the indications were not suitable for 39 accounted for 1.63%, the usage and dosage were not suitable for 163 sheets, accounting for 6.79%, the compatibility combination was not suitable for 79 sheets, accounting for 3.29%, the super contraindication for prescription drugs for 17 sheets, accounting for 0.71%, and the super-common prescription for 7 sheets, accounting for 0.29%. Conclusion The in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the clinical application of proprietary Chinese medicines not only provides a reference for clinical rational drug use, but also can reduce the adverse reactions caused by the application of traditional Chinese medicines, thus promoting the development of clinical pharmacy work of traditional Chinese medicine.
