摘要
基于真实世界临床医疗数据构建的临床医疗研究型大数据库是真实世界医疗大数据研究的基础。运用临床医疗及大数据分析方法,通过对病人的特征,诊断,治疗行为,临床路径,费用,实验室结果,影像结果及临床结果进行多维度分析,追溯各关联因素对临床结果的影响,能为临床医生提供循证依据,建立基于大数据的动态临床诊疗辅助决策系统,支持临床药师基于临床结果的合理用药评估,支持医院管理者基于真实绩效信息的医院运营管理,支持新药研发;及支持基于证据的医保精准管理决策。最终为病人提供更好的临床体验,最具性价比的干预手段,及最佳的的临床结果。
High quality databases construction based on real-world clinical medical data are the foundation of real-world medical big data research.The method of big data analysis of clinical medicine was used,to conduct multi-dimensional analysis on patient characteristics,diagnosis,treatment patterns,clinical pathways,costs,laboratory results,imaging results,clinical outcomes,dating back to the impact of various factors on clinical outcomes.That provided evidence-based evidence to support clinical doctors,to construct a dynamic clinical diagnosis and treatment decision system based on big data,to support rational medicine use evaluation based on clinical results,supporting hospital operation management based on real efficiency and performance information,to support reimbursement of new medicines,and support evidence-based medical insurance precise management decision.Ultimately,it provided patients with a better clinical experience,the most cost-effective interventions,and the most optimal clinical outcomes.
