摘要
目的探讨微信随访中药穴位贴敷(消胀止痛贴贴敷神阙穴)治疗无痛结肠镜检查术后腹痛的临床疗效与安全性。方法将384例患者资料随机分为消胀止痛贴观察组(n=193)与安慰贴对照组(n=191),比较两组患者舒适度及睡眠质量,术后1 h、2 h、3 h、6 h和24 h的腹痛平均视觉模拟评分法(VAS)分值及组间各时间VAS分值为0的百分率,同时统计患者脐部严重瘙痒、皮疹及出现水泡等皮肤过敏情况。结果两组患者无痛结肠镜检查术后的VAS评分随时间增加均逐渐下降,观察组术后各时点的平均VAS分值明显低于对照组(P<0.01),术后各时间点腹痛VAS评分为0(无疼痛)者的百分率均显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。观察组患者舒适度高于对照组患者,睡眠质量高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);两组均未出现严重的皮肤过敏情况。结论消胀止痛贴贴敷神阙穴可明显缓解无痛结肠镜检查术后腹痛,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine[applying Xiaozhang Zhitong Paste(消胀止痛贴)to Shenque(CV 8)]in the treatment of abdominal pain after painless colonoscopy,through We Chat follow-up.Methods A total of 384 patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=193,Xiaozhang Zhitong Paste)and control group(n=191,placebo paste).The comfort degree and sleep quality of the 2 groups were compared.The scores of average visual analogue score(VAS)of abdominal pain at 1 h,2 h,3 h,6 h and 24 h after the operation and the percentages of 0 point VAS at each time point between the 2 groups were compared.Meanwhile,the skin allergies such as severe umbilical itching,rash and blisters were counted.Results The VAS scores after painless colonoscopy in both groups decreased gradually with time.The average VAS scores of the observation group at each time point was significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01),and the percentages of patients with abdominal pain VAS score of 0(no pain)at each time point were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The comfort degree of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the patients in the control group,and the sleep quality was higher than that of the control group,where the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);there was no serious skin allergy in the 2 groups.Conclusion Applying Xiaozhang Zhitong Paste to Shenque can significantly relieve abdominal pain after painless colonoscopy,which is a safe and effective therapy.
