摘要
目的从医疗机构角度比较感染后咳嗽(PIC)患者接受复方甘草片治疗方案与右美沙芬治疗方案的经济性。方法通过检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库和万方数据知识服务平台,收集对PIC患者使用复方甘草片和右美沙芬的随机对照试验,利用间接比较的Meta分析对复方甘草片治疗方案和右美沙芬治疗方案的临床效果进行比较,根据Meta分析的结果选择成本-效果分析法或最小成本分析法,比较两种药物治疗方案的经济性。结果本研究共纳入8篇文献,共计1216例患者。间接比较的Meta分析结果显示,复方甘草片组与右美沙芬组的临床效果和安全性无显著性差异(OR=1.20,95%CI:0.26～4.90;OR=0.51,95%CI:0.15～1.82);最小成本分析结果显示,两组的药物治疗费用分别为37.44元和63.40元,费用差为25.96元,复方甘草片治疗方案更具有经济性。结论感染后咳嗽患者使用复方甘草片的治疗方案比使用右美沙芬更具有经济性。
Objective To compare the cost of compound liquorice tablets and Dextromethorphan in the treatment of post-infectious cough(PIC) patient from the perspective of medical institutions. Methods This analysis was conducted by using a mixed method combining published literatures, Chinese journal full-text database, and the Wanfang data knowledge service platform, collecting a randomized controlled trial of patients using compound liquorice tablets and Dextromethorphan.Indirect Meta-analysis was conducted to compare the clinical effect and safety between compound liquorice tablets and dextromethorphan preparations in the treatment of PIC. The economic evaluation of the two drugs were compared, based on the results of Meta-analysis, selecting cost-effectiveness analysis or cost-minimization analysis. Results A total of 8 papers were adopted in this study, and 1216 participants, were included. The results of indirect Meta-analysis revealed that there was no significant difference of the clinical effect and safety between compound liquorice tablets and dextromethorphan(OR=1.20, 95% CI : 0.26~4.90;OR=0.51,95% CI : 0.15~1.82). The result of the cost-minimization analysis showed that, the cost of compound liquorice tablets therapy scheldule was $25.96 less than dextromethorphan therapy schedule($37.44 vs.$63.40). Conclusion The scheldule of compound liquorice tablets is considered more economical than dextromethorphan therapy.
