摘要 目的 :探讨急性白血病患者多药耐药相关蛋白 (MRP1)与肺耐药相关蛋白 (LRP)的表达及其临床意义。方法 :应用免疫组织化学S P方法检测 52例急性白血病患者及 12例正常人的MRP1与LRP表达。结果 :急性白血病MRP1阳性表达率为 2 8.8% (15/52 ) ,LRP为 42 .3 % (2 2 /52 )。MRP1表达阳性患者的完全缓解 (CR)率为 3 3 .3 % ,表达阴性患者CR率为 59.5% ,两者差异无显著性。LRP表达阳性患者CR率明显低于表达阴性患者 ,分别为 3 1.8%和 73 .3 % ,有十分显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。Pearson相关分析MRP1与LRP表达无明显相关 (r =0 .2 54,P >0 .0 5)。MRP1/LRP过表达CR率明显低于MRP1/LRP阴性者 (分别为 2 2 .2 %和 75 0 % ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :LRP、MRP1/LRP过表达与急性白血病患者的预后密切相关 。 Objective: To evaluate the expressions ofm ultidrug resistanceassociated protein (MRP1) andlung resistance-associatedprotein (LRP) in acute leukemia and its clinical significance. Methods:Expressions of MRP1 andLRP were determined in 52 patients with acuteleukemia and 12 normal donors by usingimmunohistochemistrymethod.Results:Expression of MRP1 wasdetected in 15 of 52 (28.8%) patients w ith acute leukemia .Expression of LRP was detected in 22 of 52 (42.3%)patients w ithacute leukemia.Complete remission rate in patients with MRP1 expression was 33.3% , whereas in patients without MRP1 expression was 59.5%,the differencewas not significant (P>0.05). Complete remission rate (31.8%) was lower inpatients with LRP expression than thatin those (73.3%) without LRP expression , the difference was significant(P<0.01).Pearson analysis revealedthat t here wasno relationship between MRP1 and LRP expression (r=0.254,P>0.0 5). Complete remission rate (22.2%)in patients with MRP1 andLRP co-expressionwas lower than those (75%) without any expression (P<0.01).Conclus ion:Over expression of LRP and MRP1/LRP are both closely relative withprognosis in leukemia .Both ofthem are important risk factors affectingcompl ete remission (CR) rate in patients with acute leukemia.
