摘要
新中国70年来,毛泽东同志创立了中国社会主义民族理论,改革开放时期邓小平开创了中国特色社会主义民族理论,江泽民同志、胡锦涛同志发展和完善了中国特色社会主义民族理论。党的十八大以来,习近平同志开创了新时代中国特色社会主义民族理论。中国特色民族理论,理论上解决什么是民族、什么是民族问题这两个基本问题,实践上解决如何促进民族发展、如何协调民族关系这两个核心问题;解决这两个核心问题的主要民族政策是民族平等、民族团结、民族区域自治、民族发展繁荣。
In 70 years of New China,Mao Zedong developed ethnic theories and policies with Chinese characteristics.In the period of the Reform and Opening-up,Deng Xiaoping established socialist ethnic theories and policies with Chinese characteristics,which were developed and improved by Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao.After the 18 th National Congress of CPC,Xi Jinping created socialist ethnic theories with Chinese characteristics for a new era.In theory,ethnic theories with Chinese characteristics answer the two basic questions of what ethnicity is and what ethnic problems are;and in practice,they resolve two core problems of how to promote ethnic development and how to coordinate ethnic relations.In ethnic work,ethnic policies are implemented to achieve ethnic equality,national unity,ethnic regional autonomy and ethnic development and prosperity in order to promote ethnic development and coordinate ethnic relations.
