摘要
历代医家论治消渴病多以阴虚燥热立论,采取滋阴清热之法,药物多用益气养阴清热之品。而据笔者临床观察,现代很多糖尿病阴虚之症不甚明显,却多伴阳气虚衰证候。因此,为突出阳虚在糖尿病发病过程中的作用,本文试对近年来从阳虚立论辨治2型糖尿病的临床研究做一概述。
