摘要
硝苯吡啶在降低脑卒中易感型自发性高血压大鼠血压的同时,并使血浆及主动脉组织钙调素明显减少,血浆cAMP增加;主动脉cGMP含量明显下降,cAMP变化不明显,cAMP/cG MP比值升高。DNA含量无明显改变。结果提示Ca++-钙调素转运及其代谢障碍与高血压发病有关。
The study was performed in 3-4 months old male Wistar rats (n=10), spontaneously hypertensive stroke-prone rats (SHRsp, n=20) and normoten-sive Kyoto-Wistar rats(n= 13) with blood pressure 70.6±3.0, 130±5.2 and 76.0 ± 3.5 mmHg respectively. The results show that the blood pressure as well as calmodulin levels in plasma and aorta of SHRsp reduced significantly after administration of nifedipine with significant elevation of plasma cAMP and reduction of cGMP in aorta. It indicates that abnormal Ca binding and transport are present in membranes and subcellular tissue fractions of SHR.The possible mechanism of action of nifedipine was discussed.
